Over the last 6 years David has created a wide variety of Flash interactives from multiple choice questions and drag and drop activities, to complex scenarios. He focuses on developing highly reusable and efficient code. Some examples of advanced interactive techniques are featured below.

ICAM Demo

The following flash interactives are from an Air Force training course on a chemical agent monitor. Earlier in the course the student was taught how to set up the monitor for use, and the procedures to follow when using the equipment in the field. The first example allows the student to attempt to set up and test the equipment by interacting with the monitor on the right, and using the items available on the left.

ICAM Self Test Demo

This second ICAM example allows the student a greater amount of freedom to test for chemical agents in the senario shown, while following the correct procedures such as testing all areas for the correct length of time in both testing modes, and confirming their results.

M22 Demo

This example demonstrates a few different interactive styles, developed for an Air Force training course. There is a screen asking the student to practice a test procedure, one allowing the student to examine different parts of the equipment, and finally a brief review exercise testing the students ability to correctly position the equipment in the field.
Please note that the test procedure and review both check knowledge covered in earlier portions of the course, which are not presented here.
